Dear members and friends,

As the first step on the road of re-opening the garden to the public, we are pleased to announce that the gate will be open to all visitors on Fridays, between 10am and 3pm, starting from Friday, 30th July. We have asked members for their thoughts and feelings about reopening, mindful of the need to ensure that the garden remains a place of comfort, refuge, and healing, and have therefore decided to make this reopening a gradual process. We will continue to monitor the developing situation as the latest easing of restrictions progresses, and will announce any future changes when appropriate to do so.

As ever, anyone can become a member (by calling 01795 539915, or emailing tom.abbeyphysic@gmail.com), and come along to the garden on weekdays, to take part in any of our regular activities:

Gardening – Every week day except Tuesdays

Horticulture Certificate Course – Tuesdays

Community Kitchen – Wednesday and Friday mornings

Men’s Shed (not just for men!) – Wed. and Fri. mornings

Art Group – Fortnightly Friday mornings

Tribal Drumming Group – Fortnightly Thursday afternoons

Happy Café – 2nd Wednesday of the month
